Sylvia Muller Doyle, MPA, RYT

Hi, I’m Sylvia.

I help people reconnect with themselves, discover what truly matters, and move toward a life that feels aligned with who they are becoming.

Many of us reach a moment when we realize we’ve lost touch with our own inner direction — and we’re ready for change. My role is to provide a supportive space to listen inward and honor what feels true for you.

How I Support

I offer somatic (body-based) spiritual direction, which includes your whole self in the conversation — thoughts, emotions, values, breath, and physical experience. Together, we take time to notice what supports alignment, meaning, and choice in your everyday life.

Our time together is collaborative and guided by what matters most to you. We move at a pace that feels supportive.

This is a grounded, reflective space for personal growth, self-connection, and living more fully from your inner truth.

What Sessions Can Include

  • Reflective conversation focused on meaning, values, and direction
  • Gentle awareness practices (mindfulness, grounding, light breathwork)
  • Curiosity about patterns and possibilities in daily life
  • Integrating insights into choices that feel aligned

Including the Body

Your body often holds insight that thinking alone may overlook. By gently noticing sensations, breath, and emotional cues, you can better understand what feels true and aligned.

My background in somatic and trauma-informed practices supports:

  • Awareness without urgency
  • Curiosity without pressure
  • Connection without overwhelm

Connection — In Whatever Way Feels True to You

We can talk about purpose, values, and inner guidance — with or without spiritual language. When I say “spiritual,” I mean connecting with your own authenticity and inner wisdom — and letting your life reflect what matters most to you.

Those who feel connected to God — in any name or understanding — we can explore what that relationship means in your life. And for those who have experienced pressure or harm in religious environments, we can gently explore clarity, acceptance, or redefining that connection in a way that honors your experience. Here, your language and beliefs lead.

Why This Work Matters to Me

Throughout my career supporting people through crisis, stress, and transition, I learned that transformation isn’t just a mental process — it involves the whole self. When we include the body, breath, and intention, real change becomes possible. I feel privileged to support people as they deepen clarity around what matters most and move forward from that place.
